I would find it very surprising if the S3 got 4.3 this soon after it came out. Maybe if it were still a flagship, but its not.
Also, to a carrier and many other speculators, "very soon" could easily just mean very soon in relation to February 28! Soon to these guys is the same as several months to us! At least it can be. If they go 4.2.2, I'd predict us getting it within the next month. If they go for 4.3, my guess would be November maybe.

The op's link is a repost. The original "article" talks about t mobile s3's getting 4.3, then lists at&t specific features and gives Verizon build numbers.

The whole thing seems bogus.

You're better off flashing 4.3 nightlies of CM 10.2 by Sym Link because he's as close to 4.3 as were getting for a while at least from Samsung.

We got JB in less than 6 months after the S3 released. It was also only 2 months after the last ics update that we got it. Seems fairly reasonable to me... .
