When I hit reboot it went to stock recovery. Scared the crap out of me because I was waiting for a call. And this rom takes 20ish min to optimize 209 apps
hahaha. Thats normal...it happened because of the anroid.policy.jar change. Every reboot option should now work as planned now.

Hey sapps,

when you did the safestrap option, did you install OC1 kernel and wipe dalvik? I tried installing the OC1 kernel, then didn't wipe dalvik and cache (doh!) and got an error. Had to Odin to NC2, reinstall Alliance, then wipe dal/cache. Still rebooting (as I have 404 apps), but it appears to work. Just human error on my part.

BTW, might want to mention to change permissions on the NC2 img file.

Stock recovery is the only one that didn't work.

I didn't wipe anything. I hit safestrap reboot. Then when it came up I hit install and pointed to flashable OC1. Then reboot. No issues.

Weird. Not sure what happened to me. ..will have to try it again later

Well, it's later. Tried it again, and it's working! No errors this time around, and no wiping needed. Thanks Walter!

Help me, you're my only hope

Hey fellas I'm having a small problem. I used Walter.White's third option in his other thread to get to rooted lollipop from Dynamic Kat. That worked, no problem. Then, I installed this rom because I can't live without a custom rom for too long. Also worked, no problem. Then, I made the very rash decision to uninstall 3minit battery after having some problems with it (I had uninstalled 3minit battery on Dynamic Kat before with no issues). After a reboot, I had a series of System UI crashes which I figured was no big deal, I'll just start the whole process over.

I tried to Odin my way back to stock NC2 and reroot following Walter.White's method, but after the initial reboot during Odin I was stuck on the ATT logo. I waited for about 20 minutes, at which point my phone heated up like crazy. I figured the Odin process went wrong and tried to Odin again, using the same file (N900AUCUCNC2_N900AATTCNC2_N900AUCUCNC2_HOME.tar). I've tried this 3 times now, with and without an external sd card, and I always get stuck at the ATT logo for 20 minutes, with my phone heating up. Does anyone have any idea what's going wrong?

Just a guess but boot to stock recovery and wipe data

:p I was seriously under the impression that Odin did that for you. Thank you so much, that did it. Can't believe I missed something that stupid haha.
You have to either do the 4 file flash in Odin or select the repartition option when using the all in one file before starting, for it to wipe data.
