So I installed ss. Got it working on oc1. Booted into ss from oc1 and tried flashing back to nc2. No go. Tried restoring,no go. What am I missing? Oc1 is very buggy. Allotta stuff doesn't work on my art note 3 varient
I would try flashing a nc2 rom in ss then flash the nc2 kernel wipe and bootWell its very buggy for me. I need to figure out how to move back to nc2. Without computer. I was told it could be done.
I find the 2 stock versions of OC1 from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-3-att/general/update-procedure-lollipop-5-0-oc1-t3063760 to be very stable and better in terms of battery life compared with what I experienced with the Alliance Rom and even more stable in terms of GPS than what I experienced with Android 4.4.4 Roms. What I like about the newest version in post # 2 here http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-3-att/general/update-procedure-lollipop-5-0-oc1-t3063760 , is that you can now boot into safestrap, do your backup or flashing and then (once you extract the included OC! kernel to your SD card) flash the OC! kernel to boot back up. A totally ODIN-free process.I would try flashing a nc2 rom in ss then flash the nc2 kernel wipe and boot
You might have to wipe via factory recovery if it doesn't boot
I have the oc1 flashable kernel it's what I use now I tried that rom and being as xposed doesn't work if you like themes then alliance wins hands down.I find the 2 stock versions of OC1 from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-3-att/general/update-procedure-lollipop-5-0-oc1-t3063760 to be very stable and better in terms of battery life compared with what I experienced with the Alliance Rom and even more stable in terms of GPS than what I experienced with Android 4.4.4 Roms. I just (backed up the stock OC1 Rom) reflashed the Alliance Rom and booted via the OCI-flashable kernel instead of ODIN method. I love the themes!I have the oc1 flashable kernel it's what I use now I tried that rom and being as xposed doesn't work if you like themes then alliance wins hands down.
There is a Vietnam version I'm going to try later once I remove the aroma
There is already an alliance team for the ATT note 3. You can find them in our android development section. The OP is working on making the lollipop version and will release it when it is ready. Is anyone getting permission and or working on an Alliance version specifically for AT&T yet?
Both Alliance and Walter's stock OC1 (5.0) are very stable and snappy for me. My only issue is getting a GPS fix (even outside) with Alliance OC1 whereas Walter's OC1 gets a fix immediately even inside the house. I tried dialer NV rebuild method but no go so far.I just (backed up the stock OC1 Rom) reflashed the Alliance Rom and booted via the OCI-flashable kernel instead of ODIN method. I love the themes!

Once this is done, do we use the file explorer to install the accuweather apk?there is a bloat folder in the internal sd card. You can find those items (and a ton more) in there. Do not install them like regular apps. You need to copy and paste the whole folder to the appropriate location..either /system/app or /system/priv-app. Then make sure the permissions are set right and reboot.
No WiFi calling for sure (I'm using tmob and no WiFi calling. Don't think volte works, but I could be wrong.Hi, I actually have an ATT Note 3 on Tmobile Service. Will flashing this rom enable all the features and act as if the phone was a Tmobile Note 3? I am talking about features like VoLTE and Wifi calling?
Once you push it to the right place and change permissions it is installed. Just reboot and should workOnce this is done, do we use the file explorer to install the accuweather apk?
Go to the alliance app....themes and colors.....other colors....dialer (dialer number color).....reboot and should see a difference. Is anyone having issues with the stock dialer? Numbers are not visible. I tried other options from the playstore but I want to keep the stock dialer. Any suggestions on how to fix it?
YESSSSS!!!! I've been going through every setting and somehow missed that. I love how many options are put into this rom. Thanks sapps!Once you push it to the right place and change permissions it is installed. Just reboot and should work

I know. Rumor is that AT&T will be using WiFi calling soon. If/when that happens, I hope we'll be able to use WiFi calling on t mobileAww that's sad. I really wish it was like the old days where I could flash a Galaxy S rom to a different carrier rom and make it the exact same. Only reason I have an ATT one is because I am afraid of the T-mobile ones still on the payment plans that will be banned later if they are not paid off. I only buy used devices to save money. I hate T-mobile does the payment plans now because I always have to buy used different carrier phones just to be sure.
