From the increase in wait times to the total idiots taking calls, T-Mobile is now the worse carrier in the USA.

Checked by bill on-line today. Notice that its not due on the 27 of the month. For the 10 plus years I've been with T, its been the 3rd. Lets call and see what this is about.

First person I speak to must still be developing in the womb cause she could only transfer me to idiot number 2 who goes on to tell me my due date has always been the 27!
-What?
Sir, you due date has always been the 27.
-What? Are you sure?
Puts me on hold.
Sir? Yes, it's always been the 27.
-So, all these bills I have here in front of me saying my due date is the 3rd are figments of my imagination?
Sir, your bills do not say the 3rd as a due date. They say the 27.
-What? Wait. Is this AT&T customer service?
No sir, this is T-Mobile.
-No its not. T-Mobile SC has a clue what they are talking about. This is AT&T, right?
No sir, its T-Mobile.
-Transfer me to retentions please.
Sir are you cancelling your...
-Transfer me to rententions.

after a 15 minute wait... Guess the fool thought I would hang up...

Can you tell me why my due dates was changed?

After a 20 minute back and forth she came up with this.

EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, T-MOBILE IN ORDER TO BE MORE IN LINE WITH ITS COMPETITORS, HAS SHORTENED ALL DUES DATES BY 4 DAYS.

This 4 days is really a week. My bill was due on the 3rd. Its now due on the 27th = 7 days. [4 business days.]

I am on "EasyPay" and recently was sent an email notifying me that they would draw from my account 3 days earlier than usual. The funny thing is, the due date stays the same. They are just paying my bill for me 3 days earlier. Thanks!

In business, you collect your A/R's quickly and pay your A/P's slowly. Either they are having a cash crunch at TMO, or they are prettying up their books for someone (making their cash flow look better than it is).

oh right, i remember this text now! but just like you stated, my due dates didn't change at all and i don't think it's paying it any earlier for me though but still it wouldn't be an issue for me

+1
I just got the text saying my bill was due the 27th. Makes no difference to me but I did find it odd. I've given up even bothering with Customer Care (read: We don't really give a $h*t)
