Unlock code doesn't expire or anything, you can flash it any time you want. Additionally, if you end up MSMing to stock, you'll have to unlock with the code again.I contacted T-Force just over a week ago via Twitter and was able to get the Sim unlocked, it took about 25 to 30 minutes to complete the process. Initially, they try to give me the 45 day can response which I wasn't going to accept especially being a long time customer and the phone has been paid for outright, I told them that this is my phone, its paid for and I use it when I travel to other countries...I do not need to be given the run around. She said she understood and will make an exception to the 45 day rule, she did it right then and I was good to go.
Fast forward a week and I now have my Oneplus Unlock Token which I'm going to sit on for awhile, I don't know if the Token has an expiration date, I couldn't find anything about expiration online.
At some point I will go to Global, not ready to go there just yet as it seem that there are too many hoops to jump through to get there and there could also be stability issues.
The stock T-Mobile rom seem very polished and the main reason for me to hold off for awhile.

All of mine always took 7 days. No less, no more.I did a chat with OnePlus and he said the longest it can take is 7 days, but he said its usually sooner. Will see if I get it sooner... I just submitted it yesterday. Just bought the OP 8 and its a T-Mobile version and I am going to convert it to the Global. The sim is already unlocked.
U need to be in the USA and with T mobile sim card/account to unlock it through T mobile.
