I contacted T-Force just over a week ago via Twitter and was able to get the Sim unlocked, it took about 25 to 30 minutes to complete the process. Initially, they try to give me the 45 day can response which I wasn't going to accept especially being a long time customer and the phone has been paid for outright, I told them that this is my phone, its paid for and I use it when I travel to other countries...I do not need to be given the run around. She said she understood and will make an exception to the 45 day rule, she did it right then and I was good to go.
Fast forward a week and I now have my Oneplus Unlock Token which I'm going to sit on for awhile, I don't know if the Token has an expiration date, I couldn't find anything about expiration online.
At some point I will go to Global, not ready to go there just yet as it seem that there are too many hoops to jump through to get there and there could also be stability issues.
The stock T-Mobile rom seem very polished and the main reason for me to hold off for awhile.

Unlock code doesn't expire or anything, you can flash it any time you want. Additionally, if you end up MSMing to stock, you'll have to unlock with the code again.

So I got .bin file for 2 T-mobile OnePlus devices, there are the steps im doin':
1. Enable developer options and check "OEM Unlocking" and "USB Debugging"
2. Reboot to fastboot and flash bin file " fastboot flash cust-unlock <unlock_token.bin> " with result success
3. Immediately hit the command "fastboot oem unlock"
4. I wanted to check whether my phone's bootloader is unlocked or not. so i ran "fastboot oem device-info" and got these results :
(bootloader) Device unlocked: true
(bootloader) Device critical unlocked: false

So how can I get "critical unlocked" to set true??? This happens with both devices OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 7T
Thanks!

It's not on T-Mobile. Once you send it to OnePlus, it's on them.

I did a chat with OnePlus and he said the longest it can take is 7 days, but he said its usually sooner. Will see if I get it sooner... I just submitted it yesterday. Just bought the OP 8 and its a T-Mobile version and I am going to convert it to the Global. The sim is already unlocked.

All of mine always took 7 days. No less, no more.

Guys i live in turkey and someone sell me 8t with locked T-Mobile phone so I can't be able to use t mobile sim card how to be unlocked ?
U need to be in the USA and with T mobile sim card/account to unlock it through T mobile.
Other options you can use 3rd party unlock service. Try google it or look for it on ebay.
They cost around $60 and up

I'm working on the requests I've gotten now just having some technical problems with the new mobile app. Sorry for the delay guys, things have been insane with the holidays.

Can you guys resend your requests? I know I have a few I was able to find but with this new app update I seem to have lost some and was unable to login for a while.

Edit: yeah, most of my conversations I had to leave because I don't know who I've already helped and who I haven't. Sorry for the inconvenience, I'm on mobile.

If I haven't replied to your message yet it means it got lost in the abyss that is my inbox right now. I will need you to message me again with your info, or check to see if I unlocked it already and was unable to message you back on this new XDA app.

If anyone needs their phone unlocked for T-Mobile let me know and I may be able to help, given you've had the phone on the network for at least 3 days.

My inbox shows no unread messages. This new app is a hoot. If you haven't got a response, try to unlock your phone I may have backed out by accident because I can't reply between messages for a certain time frame. If it gives you an error code, get back to me so I can help you out.
