Hey all just wanted to let all the t-mobile guys and gals know the tmo is changing when our bills are due and the only ones that they are letting know are the customers that are on quick pay/ auto pay

I found out cause I use pageonce and it showed my bill due date was switched from the 6th of October to the 28th of Sept so I called them and got someone with bad English the first time so I called back and got someone else and she said "well all of the other carriers are switching to this style of payment its only 6 days earlier but if you have any problems paying I'd be happy to set you up on a payment plan" so I asked when they were planning to notify me of the change to my due date and she said that only the people who have there bills automatically taken out were being notified of this change ......so sorry to rant and rave guys just wanted to give the tmo us users in here a heads up to check there bills cause looks like your paying 2 bills for September

That's a bunch of crap then.....I called them twice to double check .....my bills always been due on the 4th I always pay it on the 6th and now its due on the 28th......and they told me there switching all customers due dates and only notified customers that use autopay

I guess if there's an op out there you can close this then and ill just take it up with tmo loyalty dept.....they seem to be the only ones that can get stuff right

Even if this was happening, why would it even be such a problem? The charges will offset themselves with the next bill if you end up paying more/ less on the current one. It's not like your bill is going up or service is changing. Seems like people are just looking for stuff to pick on nowadays. Jeez.

Well, I remember back in the day I'd be pretty upset if I got an unplanned for bill. Some of our bills can range up to $150-$200 even. Point is it's crummy of TMO to change it, period. On the bright side, at least the OP got word in time!

<START RANT>Chase did a similar thing to me when they bought out BofA a few years back only I didn't read the fine print. One ignorantly late payment caused a butterfly effect rippling a 29% APR on a $5k balance. I hate Chase! <END RANT>

Just means you pay on a diff day i dont see the problem :|

edit; quick to reply i can see people having payments arranged for specific bills on specific dates could be annoying...

But its amazing seeing all of the complaints of tmobile customer service.. ive had maybe 3-4 complaints ive called about and each time ive had the most helpful person

When i had speed issues with Sensation they upgraded me from 2g unlimited to 5g unlimited(free) for my troubles.... :|

I got this week off of work, and normally my payments are on the 25th, so if they changed it, I'm screwed!
The way i see it.. if you dont have enough money to pay your phone bill a week early... you shouldnt take an entire week off ? But i dont know your reason for taking off.. could be valid.. but either way :|

its not that it bothers me ...just pisses me off i had my bills lined out from last month to oct to take into consideration my new handset purchase "my sensation"

so instead of having till oct 4 i have until sept 28 ,I'm not going to let it bother me to much just going to be a slight inconvenience to me considering my bill that month is 498.00 <---- ahh the joys of 3 lines and a dell streak with the works....you can figure half that price is my bill the other half new handset cost ,still would rather have 3 checks to pay it instead of only 2

Those that don't agree with change in policy, this could be your chance to opt out without an ETF. I got my Mom out of a Sprint contract for less.
