I was looking for an unlocking mechanism today and was at a diner, so I just decided to ring T-Mo. Talked to a rep from menu -> "Technical Support". I told the rep that I travel a lot (which is true) and it is reflective on my account's "suspensions" (personally requested) whilst I'm in the UK and Europe. Within 10 minutes, she gave me a 7-digit number to enter into the link in an e-mail T-Mobile should send me within 24 hours from Saturday 4 PM PDT.
Is that what's supposed to happen?
Everyone's mentioned that getting the email is the correct path, but I don't recall any posts about entering numbers once I receive the email.
Did you ever get the unlock code email from them?
