I'm running the 4.3 PureXT black mod on Xperia TL and I cannot enter TWRP recovery from either VOL-DOWN or NDR Utils. It keeps on loading PhilZ no matter what I do. I've just flashed the latest beta (.115) from recovery but that didn't help either. Any ideas?
Update NDRUtils from Play... next update will contain the latest app in the package.

i have update to lastest 2.8.2 realese but in recovery TWRP for exmpl if i mount storage only external sdcard was visibile internal memory and internal sdcard display only a pseudo forlder named TWRP and nothig all.

I have installed 2.8.19 to my Xperia V with installer version. After a few boots to Twrp and Philz, now I'm stuck with Twrp. whatever button I press at boot, whatever primary recovery I choose with NDR utils; it's always Twrp booting.
My other problem is that Philz can't mount my sdcard1.

Sounds to me you might have another recovery package installed besides xzdualrecovery?

I thought installing one deletes the other. How can I check and clean/make clean install than? I'm really confused...
Not really, it depends on the entry point (or boot hijack) of the other recovery package. If they are both replacing the same binary to introduce recovery boot, the chance is that it will work fine...
In your case, see if your previous package maintainer has a removal tool or instructions on how to remove that recovery.
