T2 ultra duel after lollipop new contacts saved locally only

Hello everybody

After I upgrade muy Xperia T2 ultra duel to lollipop I fined out that every time I add a new contact it ask me to save it on local or add account even if I already synced by my Google account... When I asked to add account it gave me exchange activesync only.

I searched the internet no use. after awhile I fined the same problem on Sony forms but no way to fix. I fix it by using a contacts program "true phone".

Do any one here facing the same problem? And any one have a fix to use the phone original contacts program?

try this

me too faced the same problem.. local contact or exchange active sync

i cleared it by uninstalling FACEBOOK MESSENGER
so just try by uninstalling messenger


if its not working by above method follow the steps below.. sure it will help

1. reset ur phone
2. after google registration check whether the contact saving asking local or google account
sure it will show google account
3. after that start installing apps.. check by adding contacts after installing every app... a trial and error method..
surely u can find which app is blocking

i think the reason is some applications we installed changes the setting

hope it will be solved
