this isn't the same box that this thread is about, the box in this thread is supposedly android 10.Hi, i bought an android TV bos, this is the description on amazon:
Android 9.0 TV BOX, Allwinner H6 Quad-Core 2GB RAM/16GB ROM TV Box with 2.4 GHz WIFI/100M
What is the lastest firmware with root to install?
thanks
There are a few clones available of this model , eg the justop nanomax allwinner H6 is a clone of the t95 max , they also brought an android 10 version out which is the same as the t95.this isn't the same box that this thread is about, the box in this thread is supposedly android 10.
the little I've learnt about cheap Chinese TV boxes is that the model number means almost nothing. there are probably 10 different T95 boxes on the market. the companies making these boxes not seeing specific device naming as an issue indicates they don't see them as products they intend to stand behind. they're produced, sold and forgotten.
even products from the same manufacturer with the same model number can have different components making them incompatible with their namesake devices.
people open up their boxes to identify the chips so they can have a better idea about which firmware might work on it.
buy a UGOOS box or a Beelink if you want some more real.
Aida64 is pretty reliable at showing what your device is running , if you're not too sure or don't think its accurate pop the casing off and have a looksee.I don't know, I have to try. But I think that these programs will not show real values
Hi everyone, i use my boc T95 H616 allwinner 4+32GB
Anychance for this device can use Netflix ver for Android TV, not netflix ver for mobile ?
I got T95H 2gb/16rom Allwinner around one week and Netflix 4.16.1 works fine for the remote. i just saw there's 4.16.7 on Apkmirror. I'm ain't positive sure about the resolution.. but i think it's 854x480.It's not working, anyway tks u
anyone have netflix ver ATV can work on this box T95,don't need 4K,JUST need HD or at leas
Can you confirm that the A24 is a chipset version? Because the firmware has different letters and numbers (X18, X19, A21, A24, etc.) and the names Pixel2/MBOX.Well I don't or can not explain where got this you know after about 20 tries of different methods using other roms ect I ran across this. T95-H616-A25.img and i said what the hell stuck inthe old tooth pick and it completed which was a shock. So all i did was toggle Root switch and installed a X-plore file manager and sure enough I get into root. Now I am tired i can not tell you if all of BT dual wifi ect works I can say for sure it does load up with usb 4.0 and you do get root.

I take it back I looked through web history and I found it here "https://www.turewell.com/pages/tvbox-document"
