TA-1003 turned into TA-1000 after factory reset

The title of the post pretty much sums it up. I had an issue with the contacts app I couldn't resolve so I did a factory reset and now the model is displayed as TA-1000. It said TA-1003 when I got it. That's pretty unusual, right?

You firmware number?
Can you isntall google play services/play store and run it normally?

PlayStore was pre-installed and works fine. Andrid 7.1.1.

I do wish my TA-1000 will turned into TA-1003 after factory reset. LOL.
