Tablet freezes and restarts itself after Marshmallow update

Hi.
Last week my Z4 received the Android 6.0 update. I have installed it normally and now it appears a message saying to "Google Play Services wont run unless I update it". I cliched on the notification which sent me to Play store and start updating Google Play services. The problem is after a while, he tablet freezes and restarts itself and the process repeats over and over again. Most of the time, before restart the notification light turns red and blinks for some seconds.

Any ideas.?

The tablet is 100% stock.

Red led means kernel panic. Seem strange for the device which doesn't have root. Maybe factory reset fixes the problem?

Try and do a factory reset of the tablet: Settings\backup & reset\factory data reset\reset. If that doesn't work, another method can be tried.

already try repair with xperia companion (not work)
downgrade firmware (not work)
