Tablet navigation bar on CM10.2

Is it possible to have a navigation bar, tablet style with CM10.2?

I've seen several images, like this:

but can't figure a way to install it.

Does anyone here have it and can provide me a link or something for it? Would love to use it instead on the regular 2 black bars, one navigation and one for notifications on the up side of screen.

Use Pac-man instead it has all those features

Im satisifed with CM10.2, everything is working nice... Just want a .zip to flash and change it. Thought it would be possible

No, you need PAC or AOKP. And this isn't the right section for this
