Im not familiar with setting up a profile so that its ONLY activated if another profile is active.

heres what i want to do.....i want to set up my phone so that ONLY when im at work, my display stay on IF the phone is charging

You should just be able to add a context. The task won't trigger unless both contexts are met. Just create the profile, then click on the context and hit "add context."

St up the context at work. Then after you have the task ready just long press the context and press add. Add your plug in context and then the screen will only stay on if both contexts occur. I have a couple of walkthoughs for tasker that will help guide you on my blog at dbilliter.blogspot.com

Long-press is for deletion. Just do a tap to get the Add option.
