Possibly still restricted. But i guess you can google the frequencies supported before flashing.
I would install the rest of the world rom myself only I read stories that the android 12 build has a persistent white task bar in dark mode that would really bug me.
Is this fixed now? Although it's not had updates in a while the Chinese ROM is working really well for me (except raised blacks in HDR).

Atm i use the latest global rom + dark mode and still didn't noticed this glitch. I'm using gesture navigation btw.
See I use nova launcher and on screen navigation. I'll hold off for now. I was burned trying to change roms on this device in the past. Now things work nicely I'll stay as I am for now.

Sorry to bother, but how do i get the frpinfo.bin file? I just updated mine and got stuck at the same ""Hardware incompatible message"" error that happened to Hexcz.
Tried flowing the steps from video and using the files inside "C:\ProgramData\RSA\Download\RomFiles\TB_Q706F_S410116_221021_ROW" but when doing this it returns a "Download Fail:Sahara Fail:QSaharaServer Fail: Process Fail". Now the tablet isn't even turning on anymore.
Tried doing the RSA process again and it's failing. It is still showing on device manager as "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM4)". Tried with an older firmware and it shows the same error.
Target Firmware: TB-Q706F_S410116_221021_ROW
I was on TB-Q706F-S110196-210923-ROW before that.
Any idea on how to solve that?

Update: I was able to turn it on again while pressing power + vol down for some time, but now it's not showing as "QDLoader 9008" anymore on Device Manager. Yeah, QFIL sometimes can be painful. SaharaServer erros could be anything since they are common, but the most common cause is due to a incorrect installation process/version/drive. I've had to reinstall and look for different sources to make it work properly. What i did in order to work properly if i remember correctly was: install the latest version from official website and other related softwares as administrator and also i ran QFIL as admin. I suppose you need to change to the global version right? If so, try to install the latest RSA version again to see if you return to the "hardware incompatible" point, and try to do what i did and follow the steps on the video.

I was able to install the latest RSA version, but when following the steps from the video there's no "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM4)" on device manager, it's connected as a Portable Device/E:\ on Device Manager.
Okay, i guess this is happenning because of one (or maybe both) of these reasons:
1 - You didn't installed qualcomm usb drivers (but i don't think this is the case, considering you've installed QFIL from official website and related softwares);
2 - You plugged the usb cable without entering EDL mode (i guess this should be the reason since its appearing as a portable device). To boot on EDL mode you must turn off the tablet completely, then hold power + volume up button until it vibrates then release and plug the usb cable (this process might be different based on the tablet you own). After plugging in EDL mode, Qualcomm USB device should appear on device manager.
power + volume button worked to get into EDL mode. I reinstalled all the softwares, did a reboot and installed them again. After that i was able to perform all steps successfully and the tablet is working.

1So, I was curious to try ZUI 14 and did the OTA, but now I instead want to flash the ROW Rom with the method above. Will that be possible when ZUI 14 is newer and even another Android version?

4If you replaced the ZUI with the global and you see a black screen on startup with a warning about the incompatibility of software and hardware - that's your case

After changing the region code to 01 (ROW), I downloaded the ROM using Lenovo Rescue and Smart Assistant (LMSA) and flashed it using QFIL. Now I'm on the global version based on android 12L instead of ZUI.2
I used this method after soft bricking my P12 pro after latest Row OTA update (thanks Lenovo). After updating my frpinfo file, now i'm using latest Row version wihout any issues, DRM info shows Widevine L1 but didn't tested yet since i'm still reconfiguring my tablet, i'll update this later. I can't say anything about OTAs since i'm on latest version.Great

EDIT 2: just checked, Widevine L1 on Netflix app (althought i'm feeling like the image is a bit grainy, not just on netflix, but on all streaming apps, maybe a android 12 issue!?).
Keep in mind i've used Lenovo's RSA Row Rom Image.
