I think it's because my tablet was originally a Chinese ROM that became unbootable after applying the global version in LMSA.
It may not be possible as the bootloader is also locked.

this sounds interesting, I still haven't used it so mine is still with the modified ROM from the seller and developer settings says the bootloader is unlocked, idk if trying yet though, might wait until someone gets it to work properly, btw use DeepL for translation instead of google translate, it's much better.

I used Python and ran the following
python mtk e metadata,userdata,md_udc
python mtk da seccfg unlock

I got an error with mtkclient, so I changed the Loader to MTK_AllInOne_DA_onyx_signed.bin and ran it, and the process completed, although I got an error on the way.

This may not be necessary if you have already unlocked the bootloader.
python mtk e metadata,userdata,md_udc will not boot the bootloader or fastboot.

I was now able to flash using a bypass tool I got from the internet.
