Question [TB138FC-SD870] XiaoXin Pad Pro 2022 Sharing and support

Is there a way to have native app that does not support full screen in landscape mode (i.e. Instagram, shopee) to display in full?

I believe it was the app design instead. Even Disney+ do not work as full screen in landscape.

Hi, new owner of SD870 version of this tablet. Thanks for the guide on getting Google Play Store working.

I have an issue with spell checker on almost all the apps. There's no Spell Checker option in the Language & Input. I'm using Gboard and have the Spell Check option turned on. But in app such as Firefox browser it doesn't show red underline for mistyped word. I somehow managed to enable it on Brave browser, it open Setting app and show a prompt asking the app (presumably Gboard) can capture all the typed words and if I will allow it. After I press allow Brave browser now have spell check. But I can't remember what I pressed that make it show the prompt and unable to have the same thing happened on Firefox. If anyone know how to enable spell check I would be very grateful.

I have tested and it works for me. The setting is under the Gboard Setting -> Text Correction -> Spelling and Grammar.

My pad pro 2022 dead with no reason . Seller give me new one . It dont have any problem with messenger but i dont update the new firmware . I get crashed when i plug out my usb and my pad rebooted look like messenger error I told you before . crazy pad )

Are your tab in original Chinese ROM? if yes, maybe you want to try clean reset to factory and setup again?

Yes , it's chinese rom . But it just auto update last night . And I got the same issue with messenger . I deleted messenger . Maybe I must wait for zui15

Disney+ does not work for me properly. Some works and some don't (mostly Marvel titles), just blank screen but with audio and subtitles.

You confirm your ROM is locked Chinese original version?

So far from the initial launched version till the OTA updates, I did not face any no video problem on Disney+.

Do you mind to reset to factory default and test only with Disney+ to confirm?

May I know what Messenger you are referring to?

Messenger app of Facebook . I found some issue .
With old firmware, i can use messenger normally, i can call without crash. But it crashes when I use usb debugger (I turn it on to use USB tranfer and make my pad become second PC monitor ) .
With last firmware , I can't use messenger when I make a call . It will be crash and reboot. But I dont have problem with usb.
Now , I use the last firmware . I must use Facebook lite to chat with my friend . I have mipad 5 use chinese firmware, but I use messenger normaly . I think the problem come from ZUI 14 Chinese. I'm waiting for ZUI15 and I hope it better .

Hello hi, has anyone rectify the issue of having multi user support? Im currently using the Kompanio 1300T version. So sad, didnt know cn version has so much limitation. Its kinda stupid for Levono Cn to limit so much.

As far as I know there is no support. But your Kompanio 1300T version can use gl rom. You can check another topic to find it

My unit is 6gb ram, Kompanio 1300T version, TB132FU.

I heard the global version should be able to? Has anyone done it successfully here?

I've now did a factory reset and reinstall Disney+ but no luck. Same result, no video but with audio and subtitles on most of the titles.

And yes, my ROM is the original Chinese version.

Hmmm. I've no idea what could be the root cause. From the 1st official ROM, till the most current OTA, my Disney+ had no problem to play at all.

Anyone had similar problem?

It's funny, did you try to make a backup boot.img from the tablet itself? Using ADB for example?

I understood, then I'll wait, next week my tablet should arrive, I'll unlock the bootloader myself and try to pull boot out of it, I hope it has access to fatboot, then I'll execute the commands adb reboot bootloader, fastboot flashing unlock and then fastboot reboot, something like this
