TCL 2021 Android TVs (C05/G05/BeyondTV6/BeyondTV4)

hey all, i can't seem to find the idle timeout setting on my C825. I can see a Sleep Timer though that just turns it off regardless.. i want the unit to turn off if no input after say 20 mins (assuming it's not playing anything of course).

my old hisense did it.. though can't see it there.. little help pls?

More settings->Device Preferences->Screen Saver->Put device to sleep
but lowest setting is After 4 hours of Inactivity

my C725 is on V501 since the fw came out, never had any issue until the last couple of days
the home screen is missing all suggested content usually present in the header
I always kept the tv in "app-only mode" but some recommended content has always been there.. now it's gone

I've just applied OTA V508 but the home screen has not changed.
I'm not planning to do a factory reset anytime soon, so I'll have to live with that.

No biggie though
I guess that's just normal behaviour for the latest google tv app..

whenever i click on the link it keeps sending me to the site making me download telegram. i did that and i still can't get to it. instead i get asked if i want to open it, i click yes, then i get this start messaging thing.
if someone could help me out, i'd appreciate it. i'm new to this sort of thing and to be honest i'm always skeptical about being sent to a secondary link and being asked to download something. thanks for your time

I've installed V508 OTA on my 50P725 TCL up from IMG 496 and I have no issues so far.
Only thing is Alexa is missing. I did a factory reset and nothing.
Does anyone else who installed it have any problems?

Lucky you..me lost google voice assistant?! Did u experience the same thing.. how about dolby atmos n vision.. any problems?! The man who share this should write what is the changelog..but he didnt do that?!! Shame..

Indeed. I hope he fixes it soon.
As of now I'll have to connect the internet again. I'll check on dolby atmos and let you know. If anything I may just revert back to 496

no keep sharing! people who flash should not it is done at their own risk. if you dont want the risk.. dont update!

what do you mean with "not working" ?
I don't know if you refer to the "voice commands"
eg. :
1) press the dedicated key on the remote ( I have 2 remotes, but the "voice" key is only present on the smaller one )
2) since on the GTV there isn't PLAY STORE (or until now haven't found now how to opent it ) I can say "play store"
after this I ear (in italian) "Apro Google Play Store".. works always
