Is there any difference on android to google tv? My TCL C725 is google tv, can I put the android version?

Owner of 43C725 with GoogleTV V443. After turning off the tv yesterday and switching it on today for first time after install of the new firmware, white and colored vertical stripes only are shown on the screen . The problem is resolved only by plug off the tv , then switch on and turning off quick start option from the settings . Hopefully this problem will be fixed in the next version...

Yes sure, but since I saw that applying certain firmware it changes to AU or different regions I was wondering when applying v443 what will be seen as TV region if something changes...for example in samsug phones applying different firmware may change CSC which is the original region the product was intended to be sold and this can break warranty obviously.

After update this v443, i check the last movies on Netflix that support ATMOS, not shown at all.

After I upgraded the V142 firmware on my C725K, the ATMOS on Disney+ is no longer displayed...

Hi, i recently discovered "this thing" on my P725 (it only happens with red and purple colors and only with some apps) i tried both ATV fw and GTV fw, what could it be? Has anyone else had the same problem? Thanks in advance
