It may be but on version 277 worked just fine , I downgraded since I posted and now it work again.

I tried both ATV and GTV firmware, no way.
I took my TV to the assistance, yesterday (after a week) they gave me a brand new sealed TV.
Google remote is different from the ATV remote.

Back from the assistance shop with a BRAND NEW GOOGLE TV.
They gave me a brand new 43C725 TV with GTV firmware installed.
Even in the box it was written Google TV (previous box was android TV).
Anyway they told me TCL are changing panels because they are having this kind of issue.
Let's see how this tv will be

Does a new TV work well? Also a quick start? What version of the software do you have there?

why can't you update? Which FW are you running now?

v468, the TV is not entering or recovery/boot mode. After pressing the power button for a few seconds, the screen is black with the white led blinking

Which firmware you have installed on TV now?
If you have V072 or V083, then copy V091 zip file (as downloaded) on USB drive FAT32 formatted.
Go to Setting...About...Software update and choose Local update.

I just did the update (thanks ) but it didn't improve my problem.

The outlines of characters or objects that have a "ghost shadow" on xbox seris x. It ruins the game.
Despite all the tests I've done.

I have two new issues after installing the latest firmware (V432) on my C825:

• after turning the TV on, it always starts on the Google Home screen, regardless of the Power on behavior setting
• the four LEDs at the bottom are always on when the TV is on

The second issue also happened occasionally with the previous firmwares, but TV restart usually helped.
Are the LEDs related to the microphone? The LEDs turn off for 10 secs if I disable Google's app microphone permission.

I also have an occasional issue that Dynamic Tone Mapping gets enables by itself sometimes, but that's not a new issue.

Anyone else experiencing those problems?

same issues in V440, except the dynamic tone mapping one. No one else experiencing them?

What is the difference between custom and original firmware?
Generally it is about changes, if any.
