I have the following problem: while using my PS5 the audio is delayed. I'm using the TV speakers
I have managed to reproduce the error by doing the following: First turn on the PS5 audio without delay I turn it off and turn it on again: The audio has a delay and so on
any help is appreciated

On a c725 tv
The factory firmware did not have vrr

I Have a problem with TCL 55C725 (latest ota fw)

when i watch Dolby Vision movie (mkv ,Vimu player,not hdmi), the screen brightness is always changing(like local dimming) when i see new scene in movie but i switched off every auto setting and switched off every enhancement in tv menu and i turned off DBC in service menu but this problem still have...

(i try factory reset, but cant help)

I have the same problem with c725 fw v501, it's very annoying, especially on netflix. I would like to know if it's something related to the latest firmware or all versions have the same problem. Btw I tried to modify all the settings and nothing worked. If anyone knows how to fix it I would really appreciate it.

Salve,mi scuso in anticipo se stessi sbagliando sezione. Sono disperato ho un tcl p815 50’’ da un po’ ho notato un effetto di trascinamento,sdoppiamento o aloni nei soggetti su immagini che non mi permette ne di giocare a gioco di calcio e ne tanto meno guardare partite in tv. In questo momento ho l’ultimo aggiornamento per Android tv flashato tramite ota. Spero che qualcuno mi sappia aiutare. Ho provato a disattivare ogni impostazione ma non cambia nulla.

Hello, I apologize in advance if I was wrong section. I'm desperate I have a tcl p815 50 ‘’ for a while I have noticed an effect of dragging, splitting or haloes in the subjects on images that does not allow me to play a football game and much less watch games on TV. Right now I have the latest update for Android tv flashed via ota. I hope someone can help me. I tried to turn off every setting but nothing changes.

In this thread I found V8-R51MT02-LF1V143 as the latest, but there is also V8-R51MT02-LF1V309 so I'm very confused as to what is going on!

Guys i need some help. Just purchased an tcl 75 c728k tv. Learned that k stands for uk version... Which is wierd because im from slovenia...
Ok so no 2.1hdmi... The thing i dont understand is that im running android 9 and when i try to update it just say: no update availible. Is it even possible to update to android 11 or google tv? Also i have no inteligent settings, and my settings menu its diffrent from what i watched in rewievs. This is really frustrating. Any info on how to fix this?
