Hi. I hope every one is doing great. I have a 50 P735 and the problem I'm facing is regarding image clarity settings and picture size settings. When i set sharpness and noise reduction levels to my liking after that whenever i restart the tv, they are reset to the factory settings. Any solution for this?

Hello everybody,

I would like to know if it's possible to desactivate HDR/HDR10 modes on my 55c635 TV? Because despite my best attemps to fine tune brightness/contrast settings, picture quality can be sometimes really too dark...

Second question : is there any settings to reduce bluetooth latency? I tried several BT headsets and to set the bluetooth latency in Sound Menu, but I can't see any difference (and my headsets work flawlessly when paired with my Apple TV 2020 player (on my other TV))

P735 is LED TV and C635 is QLED.....

My 50C635 working well, much better then previous C715.
So far happy with C635, as I am not gamer.

Hey, I just bought a C635K - I desperately need a TV with the pause function, is there any way I can get it working on this TV? I've contacted TCL and they've said it just doesn't work on the UK model, yet it does everywhere else.

Pretty annoyed by it as otherwise it's a nice TV! The MIL can't use OnDemand stuff and relies on it.
