I think 10 meters are too long for the HDMI cable even with special electronics. Try an optical HDMI cable.Hi guys, Iam looking for help with my new 65 c735 and connection to PC. It has been really flustrating few days I spent with the PC to TV connection.
I have 3060ti card capable of 2.1 as well as a 2.1. cable (unfortunately 10m long because of the room spacing. its a special cable with internal electronics - tried 2 different cables already).
My problem is that when I send signal from PC to TV in 4k 120 Hz to port 1 in tv (144hz capable) I cannot activate VRR because I loose the signal.
If I activate VRR in tv settings the TV goes immediately to no signal mode. When I deactivate VRR in settings the TV goes back to normal PC signal and I see the picture from PC.
also the game bar doesnt allow me to go rapid-two thunders (black screen/no signal), only normal and eco seems to work.
without rapid screen settings I also dont see G-Sync tab in nvidia so I cannot activate that too. On normal or eco mode I cant see the G-Sync tab in nvidia settings.
Tried several settings in windows and nvidia panel but no luck so far.
any ideas what to do?
Yep, tommorow I will try to move the PC closer to the TV and try to use shorter 2.1 hdmi cable for a test.I think 10 meters are too long for the HDMI cable even with special electronics. Try an optical HDMI cable.
I have a c835 v503. Please can you tell me the procedure to update the above system apps? Some default apps from latest firmware....

didn't know you were already using an fiber optic cable. maybe it's because the C735 doesn't support Nvidia G-Sync.Yep, tommorow I will try to move the PC closer to the TV and try to use shorter 2.1 hdmi cable for a test.
To my knowledge this 10m cable should be working too... Its a special optical fibre cable that specificaly supports VRR among other things.
I have a bad feeling that the new and shorter cable wont make a difference for me but I will test it anyway to confirm the cable compatibility, I suspect Iam having something wrong in the settings in either TV or PC.

Copy apps on USB ,insert USB in TV input and install.I have a c835 v503. Please can you tell me the procedure to update the above system apps?
Thanks for your prompt reply, but I had already tried to install the files and pretty much thought that I had exhausted all possibilities. However I input the USB drive, from cold or warm start, or through the TV apps the USB is only recognized as a media device and shows media files only!
App installer you have by default in Safety Guard / App Manager.....Thanks for your prompt reply, but I had already tried to install the files and pretty much thought that I had exhausted all possibilities. Do I need an app to see .apk extensions?
bugs on 75C935 ? I can´t find anyone.Hello, I'm considering buying a C935 and wanted to know if it's worth it or if I shouldn't. I once had a C825 and it had a lot of bugs. Does the C935 have as many bugs as the C825?
It seems like it's fixing most of its minor bugs, but it has 2 major faults that it doesn't seem to be fixing or maybe not able to fix. One is unusable crackling sound with Dolby sound in cinema sound setting in the build in speakers. The other I guess is only a problem on the 75 inch with bright line and with certain colors really distorted coming far down below the black bar when for example watching movie with the right aspect ratio. It's actually also to the right of black content but that's minimum how much that ruins things. But for me, the top distortion is completely unacceptable. It can be helped with local dimming on low or disabled or turn contrast way down, but that's not acceptable solutions.Hello, I'm considering buying a C935 and wanted to know if it's worth it or if I shouldn't. They do recommend 2m cables or less for optimum bandwidth, however i have the same GPU and the same TV and can tell you that its better to run one HDMI from the GPU to port 1 on the TV, and then i have a second HDMI (extended display) running from the onboard Intel graphics to my AVR which does audio. This way seems to be better but i am yet to be able to activate G-Sync. The VRR is only supposed to work with game consoles i think.I think 10 meters are too long for the HDMI cable even with special electronics. Try an optical HDMI cable.
You need to go to system menu, about, update. And choose local install (usb) and it should work. Thanks for your prompt reply, but I had already tried to install the files and pretty much thought that I had exhausted all possibilities. I had also a similar problem with output resolutions , refresh rates and color output with my 55C835 paired with the amd rx 6900 xt. If it's not the gsync incompatibility or the cable length maybe you should look the bandwidth your nvidia rtx 3060 ti can give, look specs from other sites about the resolution, refresh rate and color output it can deliver.Hi guys, Iam looking for help with my new 65 c735 and connection to PC. No VRR also works with PCs. I have activated it at my pc. At PCs VRR is also shown as GSync by nvidia or FreeSync by amd. Yes I have since had it working on mine. I'm using 2m long HDMI 2.1 cable plugged into the HDMI 1 port on the tv.No VRR also works with PCs. I have activated it at my pc. At PCs VRR is also shown as GSync by nvidia or FreeSync by amd.
Yes it works on every game not only console like games. Unless it's an arcade or adventure etc that caps at 60hz by default.Yes I have since had it working on mine. I'm using 2m long HDMI 2.1 cable plugged into the HDMI 1 port on the tv.
I did the flash of my TV 75C835 with the latest FW :Hi Stasiof
Thank you as usual for your updates
i was preparing the flashing for V999 Test #9 but i see that you pushed the #10
so as that version #9 was good (confirmed by DarMaj) , i suppose that this new version is also well recommended
So i will flash my C835 today with V999 #10
Install older IMG file first then OTA you like.

This is a forum for people who do exactly that. Developing and testing different firmwares and other forms of software development. If people didn't do that then you wouldn't have a forum to whinge on. Everybody is different and everybody has different things they enjoy doing, so I'd say yes there is people that care about it despite the fact that you may not.
