TCL 55P8M hardware issue

My TCL was purchased at Abenson in Tagbilaran City Bohol, Philippines in 2019. It is a 55" 4K Android TV, model number 55P8M.

I was happily watching a show about sharks, and all of a sudden, the screen started displaying garbage.

The remote still works, and the sound was working, until I reset the TV.

I would guess that the panel is still good, and it is some kind of driver issue or main board issue.

Does anyone have experience with this type of failure?

I have a ticket with TCL support, but since it is Chinese New Year, I don't expect to hear from them until after Feb 21. I am out of warranty, but I still want to know what my options are , and if they can point me at probable boards to suspect.

I miss my display.

To see your Project ID, need to go in Setting>Device preference>About>Product information ....
or
enter service menu... Setting>Picture> Contrast ...type by remote 1950 or 6425.
