Two more firmwares (Google TV - Android 11) were successfully flashed to 65P815 with panel ST6451D02-3 - R166 and V254 (local update by renaming it to R167 instead of V254 after flashing R166). I find V254 colour not as good as R166 and so flashed it back to R166 after trying it for a short while.

More details of firmwares from here.

Did you reboot after?
I restarted and just the black screen but then I did not have ID 283 entered, now I have and am thinking about uploading V254. Now there is another problem, I have Android 11 V277 and why I do not see another Firmware on the USB Pendrive, how to update local .. Anyway, other versions of Android11 also do not see the update local option ..

If you have black screen, of course you can't go to Local update (OTA files).
If you want to flash OTA file, you can do in the same way as flashing IMG file...TV Off...TV power button...
Sequence to be followed according version number and T02 or T05...same as your TV is OK.

From V277 (T02) ,you must flash first R166 IMG (T05).
Once is R166 installed, rename zip file "V254" OTA (T05) to "R167" and can be flashed in local update.

I'm interested too, thanks
I did it. I installed the official Android 9 soft V191 IMG firmware. After rebooting I had a black screen. I used the remote control to enter the ID pane 283 and it worked, the TV restarted and the black screen was gone. Then I decided to update to Android 11 V277 OTA version . The TV worked normally after reboots, there is no black screen anymore. The description of entering the ID is in the posts ..

That's great! (y)That will at least give a workable solution of installing Android 11 firmware (V277) for H panel's owners until TCL fix the issues in their future updates.
