My TCL 55C715 received just received an OTA update just yesterday. After reboot, I have an issue with audio output through HDMI ARC. If I select PCM or Passthrough in the audio menu the volume output is too low even if the soundbar (Sony HT-RT3) is at max volume., only, if I select Auto in TV audio menu has a normal volume but just stereo. If I use Netflix in Auto the sound is 5.1 but in YouTube, the 5.1 test in Auto the rear speakers don't work

hello,
any news how to solve this issue?
my TCL 55EP640 was working fine with ARC pass through and a onkyo tn-nr656. out of nothing it stopped working, only outputting from setting auto and in DD stereo. first i thought it was a issue from the receiver, so i tried to use the TOSLINK output and the issue is exactly the same. When the tv is on pass through or pcm, the receiver says PCM 2.0 but no sound, when the tv output is on auto the receiver detects DD but it says unknown on the format, it can't detect it is 2.0.

i was reading that the tv might be outputting pcm way too low, but i've cranked the volume from the receiver and nothing came out from the speakers...

Well and update, it turns out that the TV was outputting pcm sound, but is really really low. I have to crank the avr volume to max te hear something.

Is there a way to increase the output signal?
I've tried the menus and couldn't find nothing. Any ideas?

Hello again!
I've found a solution!
It appears that the pcm output was way too low so I accessed the service menu and changed the audio settings as the pics.

In my TV (55EP640) to access the service menu:
Settings->picture->advanced->color and contrast->put the cursor over contrast->press 1950 and the menu will appear.
Hope this helps

Thanks ever so much!
I followed the instruction and restarted and this worked on my TCL 50c715.
