Hi thank you for all your patience in answering everyone's questions here, I have the same software on my tv but my tcl model is TCL LED32S6500, can I use the same update on my tv? I also downloaded a DISC IMAGE for an update for TCL LED32S6500, I'm not sure if it's a different update to yours or if I should update them at different times? Should I install both the update for my model tv I found and the software update you posted for v8-n563t01-lf1v156?
Sorry for all the stupid questions, I'm new at all of this.
PS. I downloaded and followed the instructions on this link, and now can no longer turn on my tv. It still has the white light when plugged in but it no longer will turn on, even when I try to drain it by pressing the power button for 30secs.
