TCPMP needed with AC3 support?

Can anyone point me in the direction of a cab for TCPMP that works on the HD2 and has ac3 support. I have no idea about this programme but will check it out if someone can point me to it

It really doesn't matter (first link goes directly to the cab file and the second to the folder where the file is).
