If you have login issues with the newest version of TBO Telegram then please try doing the following:

• Uninstall TBO Telegram
  
• Install Stock Telegram
  
• Log into Stock Telegram
  
• Log out of Stock Telegram
  
• Uninstall Stock Telegram
  
• Install TBO Telegram
  
• Log into TBO Telegram
  

See how you go with that and let me know please
