I did clean intall the rom
Whenever i try to send any text message it says com.sec.phone has stopped and then the messages app force close and when i open ot again it shows sending for forever

Check with some other sim once

That's the Samsung one right?
Non of the themes made the notification panel black which always remains full white.
Is there also a way to theme Gmail, es file Explorer or other apps.

Maybe with xposed?

i guess its ur rom, since Full UI will be themed with samsung theme, for 3rd part apps i have no idea
