The Teclast P80 was first made available for purchase in January 2016. It features a 8” 1280 x 800 IPS LCD display, which offers a pixel density of ~189 PPI. Under the hood sits a MediaTek MT8369 chipset, this utilises a 1.7 GHz octa-core CPU, a Mali-450MP4 GPU and 1 GB of system RAM. The 16 GB of internal storage is expandable, thanks to the dedicated microSD card slot. The primary camera is capable of capturing images at 2 MP, the secondary has a VGA specification. The whole 306g package is kept powered-up by a non-removable 4000mAh battery.
