The Teclast T8 was first made available for purchase in October 2016. It features an 8.4” 2560 x 1600 JDI IPS LCD display, which offers a pixel density of ~359 PPI. Under the hood sits a MediaTek MT8176 SoC, which utilises a hexa-core (2 x 2.1 GHz & 4 x 1.7 GHz) CPU, a PowerVR GX6250 GPU and 4 GB of system RAM. The 64 GB of internal storage is expandable, thanks to the dedicated microSD card slot. The primary and secondary cameras are both capable of capturing images at 13 MP. The whole package is powered by a non-removable 5400mAh battery.
