I had this issue once, and I don't remember exactly how I fixed it. Actually one time I had triple listings.
I think I cleared the cache on the media server, or some system apps...or I removed the ringtones and then put them back or something. Sorry I can't be any direct help, but there is a way to fix it.
If I remember I will be post the second I do.

Found it - essentially clear data on the media server app, then force stop it - then when it restarts - all is good (except missing some that I had loaded on previous ROMs that are now gone - but easily enough recoverable)
haha ... sorry to laugh. At least we have some idea on how to fix the problem now.

weird, once I fixed mine it didn't return. Have you flashed any rom's without doing a full wipe? .. if I remember correctly, It used to happen when I flashed over the top of the rom.

Yeah - before I installed this one - full wipe.
Also, I'm back on semaphore 9.1. The new kernel would default to West Argentina for time zone, and didn't seem to be as good on battery. Already more stable on 0.9.1.

At the moment I've got WEUI with Semaphore 0.9.8sbm, very nice features and eyecandy however I think I've really got a thing for the simple, super-smooth and fast roms.LOL yeah Buck... For some reason I can't figure out I'm having periodic issues with apex launcher in WEUI lagging and not loading the app drawer other than the first page. Seems like at the moment flashing to the sbm kernel has helped but I'll have to see how it is over a day or 2.
But back to the question at hand Buck...is there much difference between the two, if so, care to elaborate?
