I find supercharger plus go launcher plus darkys = equals stable smooth and fast :)

Loving go launcher lately - lots of customization options

I've got the supercharger script loaded now and changed as of today from launcher pro to awd launcher, seems to be working well at the moment.

I've been having issues with my home screen as of late and been wondering if it's been the launchers fault. I don't think it's home screen redraw but maybe it is...when I turn my phone on sometimes most of the screen is black or partially black. Seems to only be happening after initially upgrading to GB but since then I've flashed several of the Darky roms and it's still an issue. Can't really figure it out but hopefully changing launchers will help.

Hey question to the group - has anyone had success with semaphore or any other kernel WITH DarkyROM on the T959D?

Like to try something else.... Not sure what works, and thought Iwebsource had a softbrick with an alternate kernel (way back....)

Can anybody tell me how to take screenshots? More specifically, my problem is that since installing darkyrom while navigating around the phone it randomly takes screenshots on me. I just can't figure out the circumstances that it's occurring in.

There's probably a phantom key combination for it.

I use an app for screenshots but I think its one of the 10 toggles too.

If you installed one of the many apps for taking screenshots it could very well be set to take one when the device shakes, might want to check that too

That's the thing though, I haven't installed anything it just happens that random screenshots get taken by me at least a few times a week and I'd at least like to have some control over it :).

I'm now on 10.4.2 for Darky's - getting a good base before themes or anything.

Did put on GO LAUNCHER though - pretty nice.

I've just flashed this as well, so far it seems to be no problems encountered. I kinda wish I had more guts to try miui or cm7, down the road I guess.

I loved MIUI actually, but battery life was tough. I'm back to Darky's primarily for battery and stability - had more issues with MIUI as I added on weekly downloads.

I just OC'd mine to 1.2GHz and this thing absolutely flies now. Seems stable however I'm sure my battery life will suffer for it. I'll try it for a while and see how I like it...

What values did you use? I'm curious to do that myself.

I didn't get overly technical on it, I used Tegrak and scaled it to "on demand". Sorry I can't help you more...

Edit:

I found the values, looks like this
1200 MHz-1275 mV
800 MHz- 1200mV
400 MHz- 1050 mV
200 MHz- 950 mV
100 MHz- 950 mV

Dang, I bricked it this morning. I was flashing from 10.2.2 to 10.4.2 via OTA. Immediately after selecting the rom to flash from my sdcard I realized I hadn't enabled lagfixes. So now I'm stuck on the boot screen and can't get any button combo to work. I tried the 3 button combo and power+vol up (recovery mode?) and still nothing:(...I'm so sad.

I've got a jig at home but that's 8 hours away, anyone know if there's anything else I can try till then?
