Intro:
Temasek's CM 13 for MT6582 is an aftermarket ROM based on Android M/CM13, This ROM has top of the line optimizations and awesome performance, One of the smoothest ROM I have compiled and used, not only does it come with performance, it comes with loads of awesome customization's and features. This ROM was compiled by Ajit Guraya(ME) from source for MT6582
GPS, USSD, Calls, Camera, Video Recording, SMS, Bluetooth and other needed features are working in this ROM and it can be used as a daily driver.

Installation Instructions:
> Before any modifications please take a nandroid backup of your phone so you can revert it in case anything goes wrong
> Go to recovery and wipe all partitions except SD card
> Flash the Rom zip
> Flash GApps right after flashing the Rom zip
> Now to flash boot.img you can either
1 - Power off the phone. On a PC, extract boot.img from Rom zip and flash it using SP Flash Tool.
Or
2 - Copy the boot.img to phone and install it using TWRP_2.8.6.0 by codelover. To do so reboot to recovery, Tap Install, on bottom right Tap Install Image and browse to location where you copied boot.img earlier. Swipe to install and when it asks for installing Boot or Recovery, select Boot and proceed.
> In case of no signals issue, flash an appropriate modemfix from codelover's thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/guide-huawei-honor-3c-h30-u10-t2837773 or copy "catcher_filter_1_wg_n.bin" and "modem_1_wg_n.img" file from your stock rom's system/etc/firmware folder and paste and replace these two files in Temasek's system/etc/firmware folder] (if you change these files in the cm13 rom zip file then you don't need to change permissions. but if you are doing it with root explorer then don't forget to change their permission to rw-r-r)
init.d Tweaks:
Init.d Tweaks are alredy added in this rom
Open the Kernel Auditor app and under init.d tab, enable Emulate. Done!
All tweaks previously included by @Pavel Sajjad Khan in his ports.
