I was looking for an answer to a question in the general section and stumbled across this. It is called Teradesk. It is pretty sweet and I thought I should share it here.
It lets you transfer files, photos or apps directly between your tab and phone. As well as to and from your pc and the cloud. It looks like you get 3gb storage with the app. Also I do not see any root requirements.
I do think that you have to have your devices on the same wifi network to direct transfer. I doubt it will transfer straight from device to device without some sort of bridge. Maybe adhoc? I dunno. I'll let someone else figure that one out.
