Terminology - Model Numbers, Rebrand, Debrand

1. Could someone please explain the following:

a. Debrand
b. Rebrand
c. Brand

Could someone please list all the model numbers for Huawei P10 Plus.

I have used Samsung for the past ten years and feel that Huawei has never co-operated with developers hence we have these terminologies and confusing model numbers.
