[TEST][MOD] Enable Art Runtime on Galaxy S4 KitKat

This mod enable Art Runtime on Galaxy S4. Be careful It's untested I've only see that there is Art voice in settings so I don't want dead Galaxy S4 on my conscience.
Files are taken from S5 ROM.

If you have Xposed installer first of all disable Xposed Framework.Art didn't work with Xposed enable.

Instruction for apply mod:
1. Download my .zip
2. Copy the 2 file that are in my zip/System/lib in your System/lib folder and set correct permissions
3. Copy the file that are in my zip/system/framework in your System/Framework folder and set correct permissions
4.Reboot and Go to setting/developer option and enable art runtime.

Xposed and Art can't live both...you have to disable first xposed and then select Art in settings.

Copy and paste the Xposed warning like 100 times over, put them in the main part thread and red colored it , like the whole thread is 100 lines and 90 lines are Xposed warning, otherwise people will repeatedly ask this again, again and all over again

Restart does not work when dalvik .. I haven't xposed

doesnt work... when select art phone reboot in dalvik, no xposed, i found why doesnt work, because we need also the file dex2oat and oatdump from system/bin

I can confirmed also after following the instruction from OP, doesn't change the runtime.

im downloading now the s5 rom zip and i will get these files and try if it works
edit: tried, and got hang on boot, on samsung... i think we need also a kernel that supports art
