Today i had the time to test this (wptweaker).
1. On my psp8500duo (base 8.1 ffu + Oemservicehost + ndtksvc)!
2. updated to 15786.71.
3. wptweaker f..kd me, no testsign!
4. used telnet and bcdedit and (and also ftp)!!!!

so today i think everyone could do that on every phone! if he could read!

this is the second time I am extremely grateful!!!!

in this case (wp) you can apply self compiled and signed spkg!
(generally you can load self signed kernel-mode drivers (wich could have negative effects ))

....do not be angry with me...,

do you never had to load unsigned drivers on >6.0 windows devices (since vista)?
never used things like bcdedit ? (nx alwaysoff, ddisable_integrity_checks, detecthal,....testsign)
self cert a driver?

ohh, perhaps you have no WinOS? ...do you have an mac? linux :laugh:?!
no matter at all, you better study those things (your pc) first. ....easier to recover...
your device is faster bricked as you expect.
