thanks,

i'm new to htc and not aware of the s-off thing.

so basically, once you've unlocked your bootlaoder and s-off, the device behave as other one, i mean for recovery and flashing process ?

other possiiblity to test your rom would be just to share the img and fastboot flash each one ..
The stuff I'm working on is the flashing process. h8rift is getting the device tree and such so I figured I'd try and be helpful by figuring out a fix for the status 7 error.

EDIT: thanks for the tip, though. I hadn't considered that as another means of flashing a whole ROM.

Would be happy to test if you can share the file.

EDIT: Also, I think this was touched on but not answered on an earlier post, to we need to flash boot.img in fastboot?

All, if you are considering S-OFF, please read this first!

Apologies for hijacking the thread! :)
Correct me if I'm wrong. On this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2573479
here: Here just some other commands for revone:
-u --> Unlock Bootloader
-l --> Lock Bootloader (It will not simply lock it, it will lock it like it was never unlocked)
-r --> Relock Bootloader (mark the device as unlocked)
-t --> "Tampered" will be removed from bootloader
!!!IMPORTANT! YOU NEED FULLY STOCK ROM, STOCK RECOVERY AND STOCK BOOT BEFORE YOU CAN USE THIS!!! fastboot oem writesecureflag 3 --> restore S-ON
You could restore to S-ON with writesecureflag 3 command. So that means for at&t version htc one mini. You can take the ruu then restore to s-on.

So, had a chance to try out the recovery and the ROM, ran into a few issues:

1) Backup and restore didn't work with the recovery. It pointed to the incorrect directory, here is the log from attempt

I: Checking for extendedcommand…
I: Skipping execution of extendedcommand, file not found…
I: using /data/media for /sdcard
Couldn’t open directory.
No files found.

Decided to ignore this and move forward. Couldn't flash ROM. Although I could get to the proper directory on the internal storage and select the file, I received an error Status 6. Reverted back to the recovery I was using (port of philz advanced CWM based on v6.0.4.5) to restore.

Hope this helps.

If someone could try flashing with an existing recovery like twrp 2.6.3.3 or philz touch, that'd be great.

Nope, Status 6 (did it again for a sanity check). thought it was strange too, I've only gotten a status 7 error up to this point. Will try re-downloading the file and throwing it on internal storage again.

E: Error in /data/media/0/download/cm-11-20140115-UNOFFICIAL-m4.zip (Status 6) installation aborted

EDIT: tried downloading it all again to make sure there wasn't some kind of strange issue with the download, same error with Status 6. Found some info on the status here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1535546

Made sure signature verification was toggled OFF on the recovery.

Am I the only one that has gotten this error?
