THERE HAVE BEEN MANY CONCERNS THAT THIS BUILD DOES NOT BOOT

FYI - YOU ALL FLASH AT YOUR OWN RISK AND PERIL ... remember that before you try and flash anything that is unstable

I NEED OF TESTERS TO TRY THE MIUI 9 ROM FOR MI A1 (BASED ON LATEST XIAOMI.EU FOR 5X)

STATUS: BOOTLOOP

SOFTWARE GUIDE

1) Downgrade to Nougat Stock if you are on Oreo and download and decompress the package called "Miui 9 for Mi A1 by fosseperme" at this link https://drive.google.com/open?id=1qsj_SrpccyDxgpexdMHXkxx5dUHnADIV

2) Now enter in fastboot (with the phone connected to the pc) and run the setup.bat (contained in the package)

Nope. Still won't flash. Who knows what other factors may break my A1? Thank god that your previous build didn't install on my A1 with status7.
If you are going to develop ROMs, please. Just... buy an A1. I know you are just trying to help, but hard bricking others' phone is not an option.

The rom was tested from some testers on facebook. No hardbrick, only soft brick. The link is safe.
Link? Source? Are you sure that they are legit testers, not the ones who lie in order to make others test? Can you confirm that?
Also, did the 'testers' knew that this rom can possibly make their phone hard bricked, with no recovery options available? Did you warn them enough? If so, where are the evidences that you did?
Also, you didn't put any disclaimer on your main post. It means that people who got bricked from flahsing this (in some countries, soft brick may also count!) can legaly sue you for property damage. Please edit your main post.

Look at this thread. You have to give much info to others , and you should do everything causiously.

It s a group on facebook of testers that have take risk an tested the rom without mbn files (that was cause of hard brick). Now repeat that isn t risk, the rom i safe. Return only a error 6 or 7 that i must fix (for this i must to have the file log of twrp) but the phone go correctly in fastboot or recovery.

Why didn't u test the rom by yourself??.
.
.
.
.
.if u done..then u have to update bugs , errors, screen shot, flashable ways etc....
.
.
.Otherwise we gonna brick our device... & That will not cost u..but we do.!
.
.so kindly pls add something about this thing,??

Buddy I would suggest that you get the screenshots from the testers & post it. After the last time hue & cry from PPL here, I would suggest you do that so that everyone can not come in barging through the door & question you.

It's better if you explain how did you build the zip and other details with error screenshot in your phone. And dont spam with same thread.
I have builded the zip using the official rom of mi a1 as rom base and the rom of mi 5x of xiaomi.eu as port rom. There have been cases of hardbrick caused by some mbn files that was removed from rom. Now the flash causes only a soft brick (that you can resolve in fastboot or twrp recovery) and an error 6 or 7 during flash.

Agreed that you do not have Mi A1 with you. And still you are trying to help us out with the ROM, We thank you for that!

IF the rom was tested by a set of users, can you please ask them to share the screen-shots and other details. As that is the way that things work here. You cannot just simply post a link to a zip file with the name of the ROM on it. It is then but obvious that everyone will start asking you questions. Even I would hold myself back from flashing this ROM!
