tethering&hotspot problem

hi guys
i have one problem i cant find any way to resolve this problem .
could u help me ?
i dont have internet on my home and i must using my cellphone
my cellphone is HTC HD2 and my Rom is miui latest ver.(MIUI 1.9.9)
i tried many times for using tethering and hot spot for access to the internet on my laptop.my laptop connected already to my cellphone and it has IP address ,but i dont have internet access on my laptop
but when i using another app like wire tether (USB) i can access to the internet via my cellphone ,and i have internet access on my laptop.
do u have any idea how can resolve this or anyone has this problem like me ?

windows7
no firewall
no antivirus

no firewall on my laptop
i change my dns to the public DNS 4.2.24 still no internet but i can access to the internet with wire tether (USB) but i wanna using hotspot

downlode a software called pdanehttp://junefabrics.com/index.php .it will help you to connect either with usb or with bluetooth.

yes man i can access to the internet with this app wire tether (USB)
but i wanna using hotspot ,i need using wireless ,
and other on i wanna find the problem
