Texts sending as +1 international

For about a week now, when sending texts, when sending to my contacts, some end up converting to a different format like if it were international. Friends aren't getting my texts and I often have to start a new thread, or alter the number manually. I'm using the standard messaging app from android.

For about a week now, when sending texts, when sending to my contacts, some end up converting to a different format like if it were international. Friends aren't getting my texts and I often have to start a new thread, or alter the number manually. I'm using the standard messaging app from android.

I'm having the exact same issue as you described. It started when I updated to latest G900VVRU1ANI2.
Have you found a fix for this ?
