Turned out to be the canbus box. I received a new one and all started working.
Great it is resolved! So assuming the canbus module in this instance is meant to command 12VDC output to G3 12VDC accessories input, a faulty canbus would do this
Other possible scenarios is where an incorrect canbus is supplied or the pins for main G1 supply to canbus is misaligned. So it’s always good to work back from G3 to determine where the fault is.
For vehicles with no canbus that experience the same fault, most often is a G3 12VDC input being misaligned from the OEM side to the supplied harness.
Sometimes when installing without disconnecting the battery, the vehicles accessories fuse blows when performing the install and causes the same fault.
