Yes and the two methods there may help you gain them.
Covered already. Welcome to fake brand lock in. Use a genuine USB instead such as a OBDLink SX and crush the clone knock off BT.
What exactly this gives you?Not sure if this is helpful for t'eyes headunits but it does look like it has an unlock for UniSOC UIS7862 chipsets. https://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f2...oc-v2-10-new-year-means-new-features-2936585/
we had that Question some days ago ...Does anyone know if there is a way to turn off the backlight for the soft buttons on the left? Also known as the lantern settings. In the settings I can see the option to change the colour of the lantern but can't seem to find anywhere to completely turn it off. I've seen other similar head units where there is an option to leave it as Open or Closed circuit to either turn it on or off.

"go to Settings - General - Backlight Control -off
and now the backlight works when you turn on the light.
Settings - General - Backlight Control - on
now you can adjust the backlight according to the clock, e.g. 1900h - 0600h"
In your case I would choose "Backlight Control - on ->" and a period of time in which you are definitely not driving the car
hope this helps
I have a OBDLINK SX running on my CC3. I haven’t updated to latest firmware. The problem I have with it is that usb memory sticks are disconnected when it is plugged in.
Install Poweramp from the Play store and you're good to go. Way more customizations available, plays all formats and is far more user friendly than the pre installed music app. Worth paying for, to be honest.Anyone with flac music and can tell me why the music player does not show the album cover (embedded in the file) on the main screen?
If I open the player the covers are displayed though.
Also, I have my music in different folders (artist).
On my android phone (huawei) the music player shows the list of files per artist/genre/albums etc and it's easy to make a selection.
Here there is only one long list of files....the only way of selecting specific artist is opening the actual folders, which is definitely not user friendly. Especially because the files do not have the artist name in front, that is only in the tag (as it should be).
Is the player customizable at all? Or should i ditch it and change app?
My GPS has failed so i dont get movement or speed showing on that fancy screen where the car is moving anymore. i dont know if that relates to your issue or not
Yes, you can. Simply add the boot animation.zip to the usb stick. Same with the logo.bmp which is the boot logo. Both files can simply be added into the root of the usb-stick and if lsec6315update detects them, it will flash them.I’m trying to add bootanimation to my new teyes cc3. I just recently got the unit. And there is a new update that released in October. Can I just add the bootanimation.zip to the new update package and flash it or I have to follow above steps? And is there any chance I can add boot sound to the zip that will work? Thank you!

I am in France, and my CC3 gives me complete satisfaction on my Ford Focus 2. I do not see what the restrictions would be due to the development by the Russians
Thank you for the advice. I did all of the above, but unfortunately with the same result as before.Check if the OBD has good connection with the car socket. Pull it out and put it in again. Scan for Bluetooth devices and you must find it there. Also check the pins on the OBD adapter and the car socket, to see if there are any bent pins that don't connect properly. Also I think I heard somewhere that it's good to connect the OBD before you start the engine.
