TF3DBeta3 :: Panel?

Hi all,
I have just download the lastest Manila TouchFlo3D Beta 3. But I wonder why TF3D_Panel installer is not working.
Then,
I tried to make HTML code (to make it as panel) but it's not working. It just give me a white screen.
can anyone who expert in HTML correct the right code for me?

There is already a NewSensePanel by... I don't remember, but he made two types. Each has their drawbacks, but search for it.

HTML Panels had fairly significant shortcomings and I don't recommend them for what you are trying to do.
