I haven't had any build quality issues with the UAG Monarch. I agree they are overpriced. This is not true. I've had UAG cases and they fell apart. I'll never buy another and they're extremely overpriced for their construction.

I had the same issue with UAG and will never buy them again. LOOKS are SECONDARY to the actual PROTECTION the case can provide. There is nothing wrong with the CaseBorne cases and I feel they work, look and feel just fine. This is not true. I've had UAG cases and they fell apart. It wasn't the Monarch, I don't think that one even existed at the time. I was using the Maverick. They looked cool but just fell apart. The price tags on the new cases make sure that I'll never give them another shot. Not when I can get this case or a Tough Armor around $20.I haven't had any build quality issues with the UAG Monarch. I just ordered a Tough Armor to tide me over until my dbrand Grip arrives. A great ''bang for your buck'' case.It wasn't the Monarch, I don't think that one even existed at the time. There is nothing wrong with wanting freebies. If it's offered and you manage to get one, then all good. I actually use this case as my daily driver and I love it. The protection is great, the feel is good and easy to hold. Perfect? No, not for everyone, but it works for me and I don't see the need to use anything else (even though I have a few other cases that I did pay for and feel that this one gives me the most piece of mind).Jings, look at all the desperate pleas for freebies....biggest thread on here says it all
Otterbox are grossly overpriced. The injection mold tooling looks like 1970's technology and consequently so does the product.
You sound like a sales rep for Caseborne! I've used Otterbox Defender on just about all my phones and have NEVER had a broken phone or screen EVER! Otterbox didn't even start business until 1998!Otterbox are grossly overpriced. The injection mold tooling looks like 1970's technology and consequently so does the product.
Otterbox is first on my list of cases I wouldn't waste money on, followed closely by Caseborne. You sound like a sales rep for Caseborne! I've used Otterbox Defender on just about all my phones and have NEVER had a broken phone or screen EVER! Otterbox didn't even start business until 1998!
Nobody's in trouble for reporting a thread -- and in fact, we appreciate that legitimate concerns were voiced. When this was brought to my attention, I worked with Karl to pivot the thread to something that doesn't conflict with Amazon's TOS. We are thankful to our community for pointing this out, and we are also thankful to Karl for being adaptable and willing to change the thread to make sure everything was above board. Thanks all!Be careful both of you @wolfu11 @hand-filer I complained at the beginning and was told it was off topic to complain in the thread by a mod. To complain you have to PM the marketing team on xda. Now I hope I don't get in trouble again.
I think you got the wrong thread, this is about cases not camerasThe fallacy of all X vs Y comparisons is that they are done in good light under easy conditions. The images below are shot back to back with LMC JavaSabr v53 vs AGC near stock (sharpening lowered a tiny amount). I would be curious if a anyone can reliably tell them apart without looking at the EXIF. I personally can only see slight difference in sharpening and shadow detail, and only if I zoom in as far as the phone let's me do it. If presented with a blind test I would find it very difficult telling them apart. Harsh contrasts or poor lighting is where differences should be benchmarked.

@hand-filer Just for your information. As this thread's title clearly indicates it's a thread of one of the authorised sponsors of this private website; a reason why this thread also has been stuck in this forum. This sticky is as close to spam as it gets. They pulled off the same thing with the S22U release. Offered a few free cases and then let the thread run long after they gave away those cases. That gave false hope to many and free advertising for Caseborne.
And why is this a sticky? This should be an accessory topic.
@spart0n I'd appreciate if you review the XDA Forum Rules - at the moment with emphasis on rule no. 15 and to refrain from off-topic posts in future. Thanks for your cooperation. I'm going to contact you privately in a few minutes.I sell things on Amazon as well and I just spoke with customer support for sellers and ask them about this even without asking for a review this is against their terms of service If it wasn't for the personal information shared between me and the chat rep I would post the screenshots here saying as much
