The dual-sim module has suddenly stopped working

Hi guys, I'm currently experiencing some kind of strange behaviour on my HYUNDAI Ultra Energy Plus, it has suddenly stopped from starting up the SIM cards. Sometimes it decides to run the first one, and sometimes, the second one.
