Buddy!! Flash ftf file to your phone in fastboot mode. With flashtool.

Sent from my D5322 using XDA Forums Pro.

Rooting Xperia D5306 T2 Ultra Single SIM

IF I have a D5306 single SIM

Should I use the firmware for the D5322?
xperiafirmware.com/8-firmware...tra-dual-d5322

Or should I use the the one for the D5303?
xperiafirmware.com/8-firmware...t2-ultra-d5303

Thank you so much in advance! :):):)

Here comes a step-by-step-Version (summary) of all the "Posts"s needed for rooting Lollipop 5.1.1 on your Sony Xperia T2 Ultra (Dual).

.
.
.

28) Go to "https://goo.gl/lg6I2t" or visit directly the XDA-Forum-Post of abcdjdj (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2764408) and download his "TWRP-KK-T2_DUAL-V3.img" or newer
What can I do if I own the single SIM variant D5306? is this step extremely important?

@mmddzzoo: You should search the TWRP-Version corresponding to your phone, because you'll need it for rooting your phone (unless you use another way of unrooting it).

@avinash gavali: Go to page 2 of this thread. The first post shows you a way of rooting it, thanks to the (XDA-)Developers and the XDA-Experts named in the post. Without video, but rooting is not that difficult.

This is not even close to simple dude..

This is what i did to root :
1. Copy SuperSU to sdcard
2. Flash DUAL_RECOVERY_D5322-LP.img
3. Install supersu then power off
4. Open flashtool and Flash STOCK KERNEL 5.1.1 ONLY KERNEL
5. REBOOT & VIOLA
Hi,how you unlock the bootloader means when you unlock, device will be in bootloop. How you overcome frm that can u please tell.
And which command you used to flash
"fastboot flash boot" or "fastboot flash recovery"??
Thank you
