I don't know specifically what it says, i just remember it says that there are some issues. Maybe it was referring to some specific device. I don't know much about treble maybe someone who know about it can help.

Educate yourself about project treble first. And if LineageOS has issue then I'll switch to some other base like Aex.

So If you make treble working properly, we may expect android Oreo or even android P working bugless ?

My bad look like the problem is in OnePlus brand. They think that project treble is not important. Well for Oneplus maybe its not important but for our device i think it's going to be a big development since our lenovo manufacture left us with stock rom with many bugs. Waiting to try out your rom doesn't matter what rom it would be as long as you are making it. You are the champ bro, keeping one of the best battery backup smartphone alive. Hope the development of this beautiful device never die.

Since I finished bringup of my Mi MIX 2 and a few other devices, I started 15.1 bringup yesterday https://review.lineageos.org/#/q/topic:kuntao-O
I just have oreo compiled twrp fully working for now with rebased kernel on latest oreo CAF tag. Hopefully I'll have time this week to apply device side changes and boot android & fix issues.

My sources will be on gerrit as always and kernel temporarily in staging/lineage-15.1 branch

He already has. His Oreo tree is super stable, been running AEX 8.1 for a while and it's rock solid.
